The PIÙINFORMA Association Observatory was born in 2020 with the aim of analyzing data relating to “away from home” food consumption at an international level.
The Observatory collects, processes and develops data and information relating to the agri-food and environmental sector, making use of people and companies who are experts in the sector and who share the same objectives and values with us.
