Conscious consumption is a crosscutting issue. PIÚINFORMA® basically deals with environment and nutrition: nowadays a lot of customers are looking for products to fit their possible special dietary needs, not forgetting environmental awareness. This consciousness even occurs when we are “away from home”, but in our opinion it is not considered enough: however, it is important to point out that the companies that host vending and catering services are now expecting a sort of “effort” in this direction. A clear responsibility that becomes essential in all the processes about environmental certification and attention about employees’ health.

The respect and the protection of environment are health related issues. The words “Green Economy” contain contradictory meanings, but this concept massively influences the future of the whole economic system.
